At the beginning, it was essentially a blank canvas—a beautifully situated 12,000 m² plot. This new build, a typical Mallorcan country house, immediately inspired me, allowing me to let my ideas flow freely from the start.
I had full creative control over the orientation of the building, the façade, the spatial layout, the materials, and, as the finishing touch, the interior design—a true passion of mine. Natural materials such as stone, wood, and concrete were combined with subtle color accents to create a harmonious and elegant environment.
With a modern, open layout spanning approximately 430 m², the house achieves a loft-like atmosphere, enhanced by organic, African-inspired, and cheerful decorative elements that make every space feel warm and inviting
