A house built in the 1990s by a renowned Italian architect, situated on a beautiful hillside plot with mature trees and direct views of the Mediterranean Sea. The total area spans 443 m², divided into a 315 m² main residence and a 128 m² apartment.
Between the property entrance and the main house lies a romantic, secluded courtyard with a private pool, offering both privacy and tranquility. The property is located within an exclusive, well-maintained urbanization, combining natural beauty with a desirable residential setting.

The goal was to transform the property into a two-story holiday home with multiple bedrooms. The original layout remained unchanged, with the main modifications focused on opening the kitchen into the living area and renovating the bathrooms, flooring, and the entire outdoor space.

A key part of the transformation was the mix of high-end designer furniture and accessories in a modern Hippie style, combined with carefully chosen colors and materials. This not only changed the visual appearance but also created an entirely new living experience. The interior now exudes an exclusive, modern Hippie aesthetic, perfectly reflecting the relaxed yet sophisticated Mediterranean ambiance.

Throughout the house, the old white floor tiles were replaced with modern microcement in a concrete look, offering both a striking color and an exceptional tactile quality.
The sea views from every room were enhanced by installing new black-framed slimline windows, and all modern doors and built-in wardrobes were replaced with high-quality, stylish alternatives. Every element was selected to ensure a harmonious, cohesive design throughout the house.

The garden was largely redesigned, including a multi-level orchard, interconnected stone walls, and a serene courtyard paved in terracotta-style tiles. The pool area was upgraded with white microcement, premium wooden decks, and a new pergola, creating an elegant outdoor retreat that complements the home’s interior aesthetic.
