Dreamlike City Villa with Waterfront Access

Elegant, ultra-modern, and exquisitely renovated

Starting Point

The house, with a total area of approximately 620 m², was originally divided into three residential units and included a fully developed basement.
The property also featured a garden with direct and private access to the water. Thanks to its ideal orientation, the afternoon sun floods the garden, and on clear days, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening.
A truly dreamlike and beautiful place.

Approach

That holiday feeling was to be brought into the home – creating a place designed for a large family.
This meant: plenty of children’s rooms, bedrooms, quiet retreats, home offices, privacy for the adults, as well as spaces for fitness, sauna, cinema, and dressing rooms.

Everything was conceived in a bohemian style – cool, relaxed, and effortlessly chic.
The renovation combined a wide variety of materials such as concrete, steel, wicker, stone, wood, glass, bamboo, as well as antique and modern furniture and international accessories.

The kitchen serves as the central hub of family life and was opened up to connect seamlessly with the living area.
At the same time, it was designed to be flexible – open and flowing, yet able to be divided into private spaces when desired.
The second living room, or library, is the conservatory. Inspired by the neighbor’s bamboo garden, it was transformed into a bamboo room – a lush, green oasis of calm and relaxation.

The garden was created as both a playground and adventure space for the children and a peaceful retreat with a chilled atmosphere for the adults. With direct access to the water, every generation can enjoy this unique outdoor experience to the fullest.
The former garage was converted into a home cinema, offering entertainment for everyone, while a compact fitness room – fitted with mirrors to visually expand the space – ensures that wellness and movement are part of everyday life.
