In the beginning, there was only a beautifully situated property with approximately 12,000 square meters. This new building, a typical Majorcan country house, inspired me a lot and I was able to let my ideas run free right from the start.

The orientation of the building, the facade, the spatial layout, the materials and finally, as the cherry on top of the cake, the interior design, a very special passion to which I was able to devote myself fully. Many natural materials such as stone, wood and concrete with subtle colour accents were used.

The modern and spacious room layout, with approx. 430 square meters of interior space, creates a wonderful loft atmosphere. The natural, African and cheerful furnishing elements help to make you feel completely at ease.
